Upon picking up a Shulker, it will pick it up just fine. However, placing down the Shulker will result in the Shulker teleporting to where it was picked up, regardless of where it is placed.

This is not fixed in 1.15.03-SNAPSHOT. I am able to pick up a Shulker but when placing it down it will teleport back to where it was picked up. 1.15.2 Paper-105

Tested this again, including moving between worlds and forcing them to teleport again with water. You might get a "moving"-animation from the old to the new location, but this doesn't affect the entities original location which is changed upon placing them.

Opened a new ticket before I noticed this one. It's plausible that this new ticket speaks of the same issue, however I have not seen the affected Shulkers on their old spots. Will test when I get the chance, and add to either ticket.

This is odd, I hadn't had any issues with teleporting when testing moving shulkers in the overworld.
