#27 Skeleton Horse Error (1.13.2)

When trying to catch a Skeleton Horse on PaperSpigot 1.13.2 (build #651) with SafariNet version 1.14.10 it fails to catch and the console is hit with an error:

Ignore - realised the update to 1.14.10 didn't go through, and apparently it works with that version
