Could you possibly add requirement options for Towny (like, Mayor, king, resident, maybe for plot counts too if possible?) and maybe ChestShop? Thank you! Heavily considering this plugin for my server, but I need at least the towny requirement.

It has towny support and mmocore is wonkey at best and the only funky supported plugin currently.
For MM and MMOItems you could check if placeholderapi supports them, if not we can discuss options :)
