Got a plugin you'd like to see supported, but isn't currently? or maybe a statistic

You can make any request here. Please note before doing so, check to make sure its not already doable, either via placeholderapi or other. If a supported plugin has a feature, but isn't supported at the moment, you can also do that. Same rules apply ofcourse.

Could you possibly add requirement options for Towny (like, Mayor, king, resident, maybe for plot counts too if possible?) and maybe ChestShop? Thank you! Heavily considering this plugin for my server, but I need at least the towny requirement.

Did you add support for towny? I also want to know if you can add MMOCore , Mythic Mobs, and MMOItems support?

It has towny support and mmocore is wonkey at best and the only funky supported plugin currently.

For MM and MMOItems you could check if placeholderapi supports them, if not we can discuss options :)
