I don't know if it's directly connected to this but I also cannot use the Anvil GUI since 1.19.1

Remove that plugin. Companion uses an older version of AnvilGUI, and seems to get loaded before DropEdit, and thus share that library.

What happens when you temporarily deactive the plugin Companions?
Nothing.
I don't know if it's directly connected to this but I also cannot use the Anvil GUI since 1.19.1
