#19 Ore Generator level caching does not apply when owner leaves the game

Hello, We are having issues with the ore gen level caching, we are using permission based ore generators and they just don't keep the level of the island owner once he leaves the game. ( Bentobox/Bskyblock ) %oregen_generator.label% comes back with upgrade1 while user has permissions for upgrade6
