This has been activated starting 2.0.0 as its the start of a big update.

+ Added tier.yml
+ Added convert.yml(activates using /bcr convert setting tier)
+ Added /bcr open tiers
+ Added entire Tierable ranks!
+ Added options to rankup based on nothing/permission/requirements/owned ranks
+ Added option to buy the rank based on points/money/gems
+ Added a dedicated wiki for Tier ranks.
+ Added some optional dependecies(tier section only)
+ Added placeholders to use in other plugins/chat or even bcranks itself.
+ Dedicated a permission to the tiers(bcranks.tiers.<name>
+ Added config.yml actions.

* Changed the layout on the config.yml
* Fixed how the gui's are read.
* Changed how mcrpg and other plugins/information is stored in the players.yml
* Attempt at fixing a gm1 dupe glitch(reported)
* Inventory sizes are now in rows, meaning 1 = 1 row 2 = 2 rows max 6.


As of this update you can use the following command:

/bcr open custom(opens settings.yml ranks)[Might be removed in the future]
/bcr open timed(Opens the timed.yml ranks)
/bcr open tiers(Opens the tiers gui)
/bcr open <name>(Opens a tier given names ranks)

Planned changes:
 - Remove settings.yml from default versions.
 - Remove normal ranks(settings) from the plugin.
 - Remove all normal rank(settings) sections from config.yml

 * Improve conversion(if needed)
 
 + Add more requirements to timed(Unsure)
 + Add more command options(i.e /bcr open <gui) i.e /bcr open Tier1

Add-on to v2.0.0: This version is the first big update since initial release. Over the course of time a lot has been added and changed. It allows you to completely alter ranks after your own dreams!
