#37 EventException: null error

I am having an issue where whenever I try to egg a mob nothing happens. upon checking the console I get an error here is a link to my config and what the console throws out https://paste.ee/p/pAHTE

I have plotsquared but am not in that world. I also have a plugin called Lands but I am not in a claim and I am running the latest safrainet on spigot 1.15.06

Same Issue in current Version by releasing any Mob from SafariNet.

Mob and SpawnEgg just don't spawn/despawn.

Difference: Nullpointer is triggered by "SPAWNER"
